What This Is

Zine Collective is a store.

We print sentences people are trained not to say out loud — on shirts, posters, and stickers — for educators and for people doing mental-health work. Everything on the site is for sale.

Every design is original. Nothing here is bought in or resold.

Here is the reason, as briefly as we can put it.

Somebody gets described in the third person, in a meeting, by people who never asked them a direct question.

Difficult, when they meant overwhelmed.

Unclear, when they spent all night choosing acceptable words.

Attention-seeking, when they finally stopped hiding it.

Fine, because fine was the only box on the page.

Then somebody says the real thing out loud, at full strength, and a held breath finally gets permission to leave.

We write those sentences down and put them on things you can keep near you. Not because ink repairs anything. Because a sentence you keep near you is one nobody can take back on the day you need it most.

You have been described long enough. Take the words back.
